Then we’ll review your up-to-the-minute local valuation reports. Together, we’ll find the price that’s right for you.
Prepare and list
Once your home is prepped, our team will produce professional photos and other media. Your listing will be featured online, signs will go up, and we’ll ensure the proper printed materials (including offer sheets) are ready and available.
Just like that, your home’s availability gets broadcast to every agent and broker in Northern Michigan and beyond. It also goes out to our huge regional and national group of affiliates and selling resources, including Zillow and Realtor.com.
Showings and tours
Always under the care and direction of your agent, interested buyers are vetted, scheduled, and guided through your home. Even if they’re already working with their own agent, they’ll always be accompanied by a professional.
Here you’ll take advantage of our expertise in contract review and negotiation to ensure you get the fairest, safest, and overall best deal for you. We then make sure that easy-to-understand timelines and clear deliverables are coordinated and executed properly.
Once you’ve chosen and agreed to the best offer for you, it’s time to close. We’ll handle all the paperwork, communication and follow-up. Our expert coordination will ensure everything is quick and easy for you.
